It has been abundantly clear that there never was a real red line. This just makes that clearer.
The Biden administration is still assessing whether an Israeli strike that killed at least 45 displaced Palestinians at a tent camp in Rafah violated Biden's "red line."
Netanyahu said the deadly airstrike was "a tragic mistake." trib.al/QBykh3F

Lectures and silence. I'm still aghast at the silence of Western scholars of genocide and war, whose comparative expertise would be useful now, but who refuse to speak about Gaza. It's been eight months. There's no conclusion other than they countenance genocide of Palestinians.

I feel like the results graph they have in this paper shows exactly why autistic people are received as hostile when they are upset -
The people with lower AQ Quotient scores *reacted very intensely* to anger and fear in the autistic video.
So our cues must be amplified in NTs.

ALT Mean ParInt score on y-axis, Emotion on x-axis. Figure 4. Mean participant intensity score by narrator-type and emotion. The ParInt score is significantly higher in anger and fear for the autistic narrator than the non-autistic narrator, while sadness, happiness, and neutral are all similar in both groups. Sadness has the highest score, then happiness, then neutral. Anger in the autistic narrator is as high as sadness for the autistic narrator, while the non-autistic narrator is half of that for anger. Similar results were found for fear.

🗓️#OTD in 1970, students at Kent State University were massacred by National Guard troops while peacefully protesting against US imperialist war in Southeast Asia.
Hear Ken Hammond, a PSL member who was a student leader in the anti-war protests at Kent State, speak on the similarity of that historic moment to today’s mass student movement for Palestine.

CDC says no one really stops at stop signs, so we're going to go ahead and remove them all.
Grades shouldn't exist - via letters or in age-based graduations. The majority of infrastructure is not conducive to learning according to learning theory, but adaptations could get us close if limited finances, poorly written standards, and politicians would get out of the way.
Replying to @Imani_Barbarin
If only mask wearing had been more readily adopted
Everyone would just wear one and it would serve the dual purpose of slowing the spread of COVID and hiding our identity from fascists
