I've been on there case for weeks now over wrong items being delivered. The list of excuses so far are: I've had "goodwill gestures recently" - I haven't. It's apparently now in line with their policy to not refund wrong orders.

@JustEatUK customer service isn’t great is it, wrong order delivered tried to hail the driver down completely ignored me as he drove past. Sent a en to the courier no reply. Now emailing just eat have to wait a couple of days for replies absolutely disgusting. Spent nearly £50 on

You’ve just done it again!!! Order food with estimated time of 25 to 40 mins. As restaurant shuts at 11. Paid and now time for delivery is an hour after the restaurant shuts!! Try Ed cancelling but I’ll lose some of MY money for YOUR poor service and lies!🤬

Have tried repeatedly contacting you though DM’s and social media but no one responds Plenty of replies in public saying your love to sort it out and to DM but then no response Won’t be using Just Eat anymore after this

@JustEatUK have decided that despite the fact that I received someone else's order, that I am not entitled to a refund. Even though the food that was incorrectly delivered was food I couldn't eat due to allergies. And to top it off as I had someone else's order they have breached – at Camberwell, London
