It's just a punch in the gut to plan and pay for a trip to Utah this week way back in February only for tornadoes to happen in western Kansas. Infuriated would be an understatement.
This is a pretty crazy rainfall forecast from the WPC. So many places from the Desert Southwest to the Plains and Midwest region are going to get a good amount of rain next week.
