Horrific news about the attack on MP Helen Haines, a gentle woman who conducts herself with dignity & integrity in her role. I hope her condition improves greatly with a positive outcome πŸ’œπŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ

But no one is as stupid as Trump, they don’t want Israel.
🚨 Netanyahu is preparing for a post-Trump America, saying a future president could cut billions in aid to Israel. He’s seeking alternative alliances with India and Latin America.

Putin wants to destroy us. He doesn't respect us, our sovereignty and territorial integrity. He really thinks that we are not a country, not a nation. Do you really believe that just the eastern part of our country will be enough for him? Then why did he go for Kyiv when the full-scale invasion began? Is that Donbas? No, it’s the capital. Without the capital, there is no state. And what will happen afterwards? On what borders will he stay? If now he's testing all these drones against European, even NATO countries? They are not loud for now. They don't want to escalate because they have one Russian drone, two drones, ten. But you will be very loud when there will be ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and thousands of drones. We had one thousand drones yesterday. But the American side said that it's difficult to speak with Zelenskyy. It's less difficult to manage with Putin. Of course. From a conversation with media representatives in Brussels. (3/3)

🚨 A message to all French people 🚨 In the months ahead, you're going to see more and more propaganda about Elon Musk. Send this to your loved ones. Not tomorrow. Now. Elon Musk is dismantling, on a global scale, the oldest political lie of the century: the idea that only the State, intermediaries, and credentialed media have the right to say what is true, what is possible, and what is moral. This lie has a familiar name. We call it socialism when it talks about justice. We call it "consensus" when it talks about science. We call it "protection" when it talks about speech. In all cases, the mechanism is the same: a caste positions itself between people and reality, then sells that position as a public service. Musk is breaking it. He has proven that you can launch rockets without Gosplan. Build cars without Detroit's blessing. Connect a village, a frontline, or a hospital from orbit, without asking permission from a ministry. He bought the public square and tore the monopoly away from those who decided who had the right to speak. That's why the mainstream media, like a beast in its death throes, will try everything. Not because they've uncovered a secret. Because the man slips through all their levers. You can't buy him with ad revenue. You can't rein him in with a news cycle. You can't quietly unplug him. At this level of power, he's probably the cleanest man in the world: he's put his own fortune on the line, he doesn't need their permission, and he didn't build his position by capturing the State. They'll call him a Nazi. They'll call him crazy. They'll call him a danger to democracy. They'll trot out the same clip, the same historian from the right side, the same moral indecency. This isn't information. It's a survival reflex. The French need to know this before the wave hits. Elon Musk isn't fighting for a party. He's fighting so that the people can face the machine head-on, build without asking forgiveness, and stop handing over their thinking to those who live off fear and narrative. The truth is simple. A builder who opens the game does more for people than a newsroom that recycles slander. Pass this on. The months ahead will be noisy. The signal, though, won't change.

If I remember things correctly, it was Ashley that was trying to entrap Elon. She was talking with a friend about wanting his rocket babies. She was DMing @IsabellaIsMoody about it. At first it seemed like a joke, but it turned out it was a legitimate plan. She wanted proximity to Elon because Ashley is a narcissist who wants to be the center of attention. She just used Elon and continues to ride on his coattails for publicity to this day

Oh FFS! Why don't you just euthanase the residents, take all their money, then rinse, repeat with the next bunch of incoming? Saves on staff, food, resources, and you can buy your posh goodies sooner! And get rich quicker! 🐊🐊🐊 abc.net.au/news/2026-10-14/a…

The ridiculous arguments by Ambani’s army of Internet shills make no sense On the one hand, they say Starlink couldn’t possibly compete with the amazing low prices offered by Ambani’s de facto monopoly in India and then, in the same breath, they essentially claim that Starlink would be too strong of a competitor! This is absurd hypocrisy and hyperbole. The reality is that competition would greatly benefit the average citizen in India by giving them more choices, as it always does. Ambani’s profits will be lower, but he is not going out of business. And, obviously, if Starlink is too expensive in India, no one will buy it, so SpaceX will need to make pricing affordable.
Something feels off with this chorus of β€œIndia’s internet is great and super cheap” … the data shows that Indian market is absolutely dominated by mobile. When they say it’s cheap and well connected factually this only applies to mobile usage. This makes sense because a tower connects thousands of subs instantly after construction and running fiber is a building by building or resident by resident job. This is also why β€œfixed wireless” has started growing fast. Follow the incentives. It’s the cheapest and shortest route to revenue. Due to this, India is amongst the highest mobile bandwidth usage populations on the planet. 30-40GB/month. (20-50% above US/UK usage) However, home Fiber lines in India pull closer to 300GB/month. 10x gap For context, that gap in the US and UK is 20-30x. It’s pretty ubiquitous that if you have access to a lot of more bandwidth you will use it. Bandwidth abundance does not favor mobile devices. I’d argue that it’s not very hard to believe that these paltry sub 5% fixed customer penetration numbers would be much higher if a cost effective alternative existed. Is that alternative existed it wouldn’t be crazy to expect to see the fixed customer numbers jump from 6% to maybe 10%, 15% or 20%. 100M-200M customers. And if the rest of the world is any precedent that would lead to a dramatic increase in overall bandwidth used. However, that would mean that mobile bandwidth usage would likely drop or stagnate with in home mobile usage.
