Finally sat on a train at Kings X to Leeds. Only to be provided the update of “sorry for the current 15 minute delay, we do expect a further 10 minutes as we’ve… unfortunately lost our driver”. Unfortunate day to be @LNER staff.

Love the transparency @LeedsHospitals staff receive by @ClareLSmith and the team every Friday tactical meeting. Always reassuring to know what is happening and how the Trust are responding. I know my operational team appreciate it a lot, especially with their concerns at present.

Congratulations to the Leeds eProcurement Team, who have won the Health Care Supply Association (HCSA) Technology Award at this year's awards.
The team worked together with Connexica Ltd. to develop a platform that synchronises with existing systems to improve accessibility.
Fantastic achievement by the team, and delighted to have led on a project that clearly demonstrates a future model of effective procurement driven by data.
