After 12 incredible years, the time has come for my next adventure...
The Youth Commission means the world to me and has a phenomenal impact on children and families in the Bailiwick every single day.
Could you lead the team on the next part of their journey?
As part of our succession plans, an opportunity has arisen for a new CEO to be appointed as the charity’s next inspirational leader.

At a time where our faith in the “system” is being tested, why not consider having an impact on the future of our community.
Young people inspire us every day.
Could you be the right person to inspire our youth workers?

We stand by our young people. Over the past two years, young people have been championing Accept, Respect and Include in our schools. Let’s not let them down today… #WindrawAmendment8 #DiscriminationGsy
Until Amendment 8 is withdrawn there will be no celebrating, no balloons, no welcoming Deputies into the chamber. The amendment led by Deputies @chrisblingsy & @delisledavid coordinated by @CarlMeerveld is discriminatory against Carers & Disabled People #DiscriminationGsy
Great afternoon at the @Leadersforward Conference 2022. Inspiring leaders sharing their experience and insight. Wonderful to have a table of lovely colleagues from @GsyEmployTrust and @healthimprovegg with @YouthCommGsyAld #Leadership #ThirdSector

Wonderful to have these brilliant young people’s voice on Radio Guernsey this morning. We talked about stereotyping, being a bystander, how brilliant young people are and what amazing opportunities Guernsey offers. Thanks Charlie and Neave for truly representing 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Thanks to the @YouthCommGsyAld and @YouthForGsyAld for a great session on #Equality #Diversity #Inclusion in #Guernsey and #Alderney. Some brilliant ideas for our project from May - 28th September to tie in with ‘Celebrating the passing of the Anti Discrimination Ordinance’ – at Guernsey
Such a powerful performance and one we wish parents could see. The play used to be called Chelsea’s *Choice* and talking to the cast it was so important a few years ago to change the name.
Exploitation isn’t a choice that children make. It’s our job to help keep them safe.
This week we have Chelsea’s Story being performed for year 8. They tell a story of Chelsea & how she quickly becomes trapped in a world of exploitation.
We love being able to give young people new experiences & we know this will be a message they remember #exploitation #CSE
This relationship with the Golf Club is so special. We love widening our community at the @YouthCommGsyAld and it’s always such an honour when people chose to raise money for us. I also loved hearing Denise share the Sunflowers story so brilliantly!
