Quick behind-the-scenes story:
It all started in late October 2025 with an intro. A week later, I met @jackrogers777 in Paris.
No real agenda. Just two people from the same crazy mobile industry.
Instant fit.
What started as a publishing discussion quickly evolved into acquisition talks. The complementarity was obvious. Three months later, the deal was done.
