there are many levels to on-chain art, something I've been exploring with OCM for the last few years.
been working on this concept: how to make @OnChainMonkey even more on-chain.
There's a Bitcoin transaction that tells anyone reading it to decode the witness data at this address:

There they'll discover the Ordinal Rosetta Stone, the follow-up to OCM's Digital Rosetta Stone.
The first stone preserves the Ordinals protocol source code, but assumes you already know how to extract inscriptions, render HTML, and read Rust.
The second stone assumes nothing.
It's a single plain-text file that starts with raw Bitcoin bytes and, layer by layer, teaches you how to extract an inscription using only what came before with no external libraries, no dependencies.
Art on Bitcoin is permanent. And now, the knowledge required to read it is too.
