I agree. There needs to be a clear line of sight between how you engage and how the team perform - not just #engagement surveys
Engagement surveys often measure job satisfaction & organisational commitment, but these 2 variables are only weakly linked to employee performance.
Measure the things that lead to better performance such as Smart #Leadership support and team cohesion.
