AMC Entertainment does not consent to Robinhood creating Stock Tokens to replicate AMC shares in the United States (the SEC requires you to get our consent, or failing that, at least with us to stand down). They are fake, synthetic shares, which could impact our capital structure.
AMC should control our financial destiny, not Robinhood.

This weekend Netflix’s new movie La Bola Negra gets a theatrical release at AMC. It won Best Director at the Cannes Film Festival, and highly likely will be in Oscar contention.

You claim to “support” the SEC’s new rules on Stock Tokenization efforts, as they apply in the United States.
Internationally, are you going to respect those same principals as laid out be the SEC?

What does this mean for shareholders? It means that the principle on the debt is pushed further into the future and interest rates are lower. You’ll end up paying a bit more since you added a couple years worth of interest payments but given the current movie slate and projections you’ll likely see an opportunity to make more profits if you have solid quarterly earnings. Which given the movies releasing in the future should absolutely happen.
The most important thing you can do is Alist people and support the theatres by attending movies and grabbing some concessions!
$AMC @CEOAdam is putting unrelenting pressure on short sellers. Do your part… go see a few movies this quarter!
