We're excited to launch our Blue Envelope Program - a community-focused initiative designed to improve communication between law enforcement and individuals with a condition or disability who may require additional accommodations or awareness during a first responder interaction (traffic stop, etc.).  Participants use a blue envelope provided by #WPD to store essential documents (vehicle registration, insurance, etc.) in addition to any important information or instruction that may help officers better understand their needs.
