Air India is an absolute disaster - rude staff at Paris airport upset passengers on AI 142 that was cancelled on 2 June. Flight rescheduled to 3 June 1645 but no aircraft or staff at gate till after 1800 and no info - AI is worse than when govt owned it - shame on Tata group
