📅 Spring 2026 A few months after starting on Solana, we applied to Colosseum for funding. Result: Landed in the top 10% again, with great feedback from the judges. Since then, we've been heads down on getting Cushion ready for a Solana mainnet deploy. 🔨 📅 Spring/Summer 2026 Kept working on Cushion and focused on feedback from the judges. Cushion in a nutshell: a DeFi protocol that acts as insurance for Aave lending positions, protecting users from liquidation risk. Built on Aave V3 and Uniswap V3. Big milestone: the EVM version reached 1.0 🎉 Solana is next.

📅 Early 2025 CTU Blockchain Lab was founded. A small group with a big goal: bring blockchain into the spotlight at CTU and beyond. 📅 July 2025 Our first students joined the lab, growing the core team from a handful of founders to a group ready to build, teach, and compete.

Big news! 🚀 We are incredibly excited to announce that @superteam will support our next Build Station in the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 After the success of our first Zero to Hero program and Build Station this spring, it is time for the next chapter. The exact format is still coming together, but the vision is clear: 🛠️ Zero to Hero 2.0 🎓 Workshops across the Czech Republic (and potentially Slovakia) 🏗️ A bigger Build Station during the next @colosseum hackathon 🤝 Top mentors from the @solana ecosystem 🏆 A chance for new builders to launch their first Solana project Over the coming weeks, we will be looking for: • 📍 A great venue • 🤝 Sponsors for side tracks and prizes • 🧠 Mentors • 🎓 University partners across CZ (and potentially Slovakia) If you or your company would like to get involved or if you have contacts at universities that should be part of this, send us a message. More details soon :)

During the workshop, we went through the entire process of building product-market fit. From understanding what PMF actually means to presenting your idea to investors. We also discussed the importance of adapting your product direction and responding to changes in the market. The session included practical tips and frameworks that participants can take away and apply to their own projects.

This is exactly why I love conferences, especially Ethereum ones. They create such a great space for people to share ideas and it’s amazing to see those ideas actually come to life. I’m really glad I could play even a small part in it.
As a university, we aim to be actively involved in developing and sharing knowledge about cutting-edge technologies. We also like to bring them into real-world use. Being part of the @TACEO_IO node operators is an honor for us and gives us the opportunity to contribute to advancing this technology while tackling complex challenges along the way!
