This is a sidewalk-cracking move for Stake: a very big move and potentially huge for game developers opening up a new economy, similar in ways to Roblox games and such. These guys are monsters.
Over the past year, @enginedotio has changed how games are built and distributed
- 1,000+ unique publishers.
- 4,000+ games built
- $24B in turnover
- $90M+ paid out to publishers
Previously, this content was only available on Stake. Now, we’re opening Engine to the broader iGaming industry.
For operators, that means access to more games from more publishers. For our 1,000+ publishers, it means reaching new audiences and opening up brand new revenue opportunities beyond Stake 😎
So this was pretty cool.
In October of last year we launched one of our iGaming brands on our own tech platform that took a couple of years to build. We've since allowed a few other operators to begin building their own iGaming products on our platform.
We ended up on the name Girostack for the B2B platform.
Well, a couple of weeks ago at SiGMA North America, GiroStack won the SiGMA Pitch Fest against a pretty competitive field.
A lot of guys that follow me here are affiliates, dropshippers, media buyers, etc., and imo some of those people are actually very well suited to becoming iGaming operators.
I've said this before about affiliates becoming offer owners.
Once you know how to acquire customers at scale, owning more of the actual economics starts to make a lot of sense.
iGaming isn't magically easy. There are a ton of moving pieces and some of them are a massive pain in the ass lol.
But acquisition is still the mechanism that most operators never really figure out and so they start paying CPAs 3-4x of those that you would when running traffic internally.
We built Girostack basically from that perspective.
Funnels, frontend control, payments, localization, rapid testing, multi-brand, backend extensibility, etc.
Most turnkey platforms out there allow you to do branding changes and slight mods. On our system if you want your entire front end to look like Tiktoks FYP and have the dev to do it, have at it lol.
But even our default template is getting CPAs at 30-50% of other platforms.
A new casino instance can be launched in around 45 seconds. Permissioned AI for all back office actions. Multiple brands under one login if desired. And a bunch of other features we don't mention publicly.
We built the platform we wanted as operators coming from a heavy acquisition background.
So if you're one of the savage media buyers/affs on here doing real volume and have the capital, and you've ever thought about launching your own iGaming op instead of always sending the traffic to someone else's, hit me up.
Not really looking for people who just think owning a casino sounds cool. More interested in the guys that already know how to make traffic move.
Anyway, the award was nice validation after how fukin' long this thing took us to build 😂
Complete nonsense lol, great rage bait
I'll die on this hill...
There is absolutely no reason you should touch paid ads until you're doing $5 to $10 million in revenue.
Learn how to create demand organically through content, partnerships, and outreach first. That's enough to take you to that 5-10M mark. Then once that engine is running, layer ads on top.
If you do it the other way around you risk getting eaten up by rising ad costs before your margins can absorb it.
Very good post. Probably my favorite from Jason. I've had stuff like this bite me in the ass for multiple six figures, at least into seven figures at times. And that's just things that, looking back, were clear mistakes.
Not even factoring in the cost of just basic complacency.
Complacency from success can definitely tip your ledger in the wrong direction, and it can often be hard to identify.
You have to have the hustler's eye on day 10,000, as you did on day 1.
The most dangerous stage of business isn’t being broke.
Being broke is honest. The pain forces you to change.
The dangerous stage is making enough money to subsidize your own stupidity.
The bad employee gets another chance.
The dead product gets another $100,000 in ads.
The bloated overhead becomes “company culture.”
Revenue is a very effective painkiller.
It can make years of bad decisions feel harmless.
Sometimes success isn’t proof that you’re right.
It’s just a longer runway before the consequences arrive.
You really do have to operate with an abundance mindset and a scarcity mindset at the exact same time.
Believe you can always make more money.
Operate like you may never make another dollar.
Anybody good with app/saas distribution want to run with something? Side project, very good AI course generator/SOP/podcast builder, people can build and be ready to sell, in their own voice, in under 5 minutes. Not able to put much distribution focus on it. Willing to give the lions share of rev and anything on exit of course. My partner says free roll of Zyns for every $1k in sales. :/
What's the best alternative right now for Wispr Flow? It's getting annoying how it craps out and can't connect, and then I lose some giant dictation essay because I like to ramble on in my prompts. I've heard some of the local models are best. What are you guys using?
Thanks for everyone assisting with getting the word out on this position. I forgot an important detail. We are offering a $5k incentive for anyone that introduces us to someone we hire that stays for 6 months. Thanks again.
🎯 We’re hiring a Performance Creative Strategist / Creative Engineer for a fast-growing DTC supplement brand. (repost for exposure would be appreciated)
This is not a social media content role.
This is not a brand design role.
This is not a junior media buyer role.
We are looking for someone who has already helped create winning paid-social concepts in supplements, health, wellness, beauty, nutra, or a similar direct-response category.
You should understand:
- Meta creative strategy
- Awareness levels
- Hooks, leads, mechanisms, and belief shifts
- UGC, statics, VSLs, advertorials, PDPs, and presells
- How to study winning ads and identify the pattern underneath
- How to brief editors and designers
- How to work inside a pod with media buyers and video editors
- How to read data, identify winners, and iterate fast
You will work with existing media buyers and editors. Your job is to lead the creative system: research, angles, briefs, feedback loops, testing priorities, and winner iteration.
***What we need from you
You must already have a portfolio of performance creative work.
Ideal background:
- DTC supplements, health, wellness, beauty, or nutra
- Concepts that have spent $100K+/month or more
- Experience creating ads that drove actual paid acquisition, not just pretty content
- Understanding of Meta buying and how creative impacts scaling
- Ability to manage a creative pod without constant founder hand-holding
- Experience turning customer research, reviews, competitor ads, and offer insights into ad concepts
- You have a very good grasp of AI tools when needed, but know how to actually think
***You’ll be responsible for
- Building weekly creative angle pods
- Researching competitor ads, reviews, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and customer psychology
- Creating high-converting static and video ad briefs
- Creating concepts for advertorials, listicles, PDPs, and ad VSLs
- Matching creative angles to the correct landing page and offer
- Working directly with media buyers to analyze what is working
- Briefing video editors and designers
- Iterating winners into new hooks, formats, and page concepts
- Killing weak ideas quickly when the data says so
***What we are not looking for
Do not apply if:
- You only manage campaigns but do not understand creative strategy
- You need the founder to tell you every angle
- You have no examples of performance creative tied to spend or sales
- You have never worked in a real paid social feedback loop
- You are an agency trying to sell services
***Compensation
Base: $4,500–$7,000/month, depending on experience.
Upside: 2–4% of qualified ad spend from winning concepts you originate, plus breakout performance bonuses at various milestones.
If you can create concepts that scale, this can become a very high-upside role that we will happily pay for :)

Go to the link below and fill out the application and everything required:
docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F…
Applications, DMs, etc., that do not follow this process will be ignored.

hmm... you can get quite far in both areas at the same time.
I'm a bit older, only started the online stuff when I was 29 out of necessity, so about 18 years ago. I've done decently well and trained very hard BJJ/MMA that whole time.
The amount I trained is excessive, and yes agreeing with you probably affected some work results (energy, time, etc). I fought pro throughout my early to mid 20s and just continued similar intensity at a bit less volume but still competed in BJJ at times.
My point though, the amount of training I did is WAY more than what someone needs to be top 1-3% health among most people excluding competitive athletes.
Literally 45-60 minutes, tops, 5 days per week and not eating like an idiot will cover most of what you need if we're just talking about being pretty healthy and in shape.
Especially some guys in their 20's with no family responsibilities, easy to exercise first thing in the morn, and work your 12+ hours a day.
For general good fitness you don't need soul crushing workouts that leave you wrecked.
Lol, these days I build with Manus while doing cardio sometimes :/
Prioritizing your health over your finances in your 20s is retarded.
You're not enlightened. You're not virtuous. You're just broke with a good sleep score.
In my 20s I sacrificed my body & my mental health to build my businesses working from 6am-12am.
I went to the gym a few days a week but so often I was too tired to go, so I'd skip it and just eat whatever I could.
Spending all those hours in the gym and eating healthy and living this “balanced life” is a huge L when you’re trying to go from 0 to 1.
There is a period of time where you need to lock the f*ck in and forsake your health and your mental health because that's really what it takes.
Because being poor is the worst thing ever for your health both mentally and physically. Do whatever it takes to not be poor, life gets infinitely better the second you aren't poor.
You can buy back your mental health and fitness later when you have a bunch of money and a lot more control over your time.
What you can't buy back is 10 years of continuing in the same cycle of mediocrity.
Saying this to you anon because now I'm the strongest I've been in my life. I lift, surf, box, I do all of my favorite workouts all the time + I live a balanced life at 34.
But I didn’t when I was building from 0 to 1.
Is there a reason most agencies suck? It's horrible. And I'm not even talking about actual results (won't even go there) I mean things like attention to detail or actually learning/caring about the brand that you are working on.
I've worked with several agencies over the years, it's so prevalent.
You spend time putting together materials and such in depth for an agency (upon their request), doing calls, etc... and often it's as if they didn't even look at it.
AI has made this even worse. Just no depth, no thinking.
Just lizard braining.
A bunch of nonsensical ingratiating behavior on biz dev calls by the agency founders, who seem smart simply to close a deal, to then pass it off to an under qualified or uninformed team that repeatedly wastes time on "activity" that doesn't align at all with the actual promise during bizdev.
What kind of an agency founder throws his team under the bus to look ill equipped and misinformed while they go on to close the next deal?
Long ago I had an agency. I was the primary point on the accounts and primary contact. I knew a lot about the clients business. I was hesitant and ultra-qualifying on whom I took on. If we didn't crack it within 2-4 weeks tops, we let them know and didn't waste their money. This was rare because we only took on things that were well within our proven competence.
There was a time when being a direct response marketing agency meant that you were the primary rainmaker for the business.
That meant that you had real marketing chops across different pieces of the puzzle. Traffic, creative, and even the offer structure.
At some point, creating an agency began to be looked at as the easiest form of online business for the agency founder, where they could focus on selling skills and making Youtube vids and content, and then arbitrage the work to poor talent.
It's absolutely insane to me.
The worst thing AI has done so far is people replying to you in what is obviously something AI written. Show me you care very little about what you're doing without saying it.
We're taking on a handful of igaming casino operators & prospective operators to use our in house platform as a Turnkey. Won't be making it a big B2B initiative, but looking for 3-5 operators on a fair deal. Very fast, high converting. If you know anyone that may be interested, hit me up. Thank you.
As someone who has actually gotten in trouble, fined millions, and speaks publicly about it... I can say with 100% certainty that advertisers are still liable for what their pubs do whether they knew about it or not, if the gov wants them to be. If they want it, whatever picture needs to be painted will be.
MEDVi statement in response to external speculation
FDA letter
In September 2025 and February 2026, the FDA sent an unprecedented number of warning letters to dozens of telehealth companies, drug companies and pharmacies regarding their direct-to-consumer advertising practices. In one of the FDA's letters, the URL mentioned is medvi.io - not MEDVi's actual address of medvi.org.
The letter addressed to MEDVi was directed at an affiliate marketing agency whose website contained outdated copy.
We immediately reached out to the affiliate and required them to remove the materials allegedly at issue. We understand the affiliate also directly responded to the FDA.
My company MEDVi has never received a letter from the FDA. If we were to receive such a communication from any regulatory authority, we would act swiftly and collaboratively to address the matter.
So-called "fake doctors"
We have recently become aware of what appear to be advertisements featuring potentially AI-generated medical practitioners.
Since we became aware of this issue, we have updated our marketing practices to make clear that this type of advertising and / or promotion is prohibited. We continue to proactively address this issue.
Additional statement from Mr. Gallagher
Building a company the size of MEDVi and scaling so quickly involves many learning moments. At each of these stages, I have course-corrected immediately and appropriately. I will continue to do so.
The New York Times was recently given unprecedented access to MEDVi's business information and also interviewed our business partners and other collaborators.
As I continue helping our customers achieve their health goals, I remain committed to building and operating transparently.

I feel like a lot of people going crazy about this really have no fukin' clue about when government bodies report things, the details behind the actual case, and the facts.
What tends to happen is people jump on bandwagons making an issue far, far bigger than it has to be, to leverage attention.
Some saying this is a "mass tort dream" has never run mass tort or worked with those attorneys. This is not as out of the norm as people think.
Why don't you guys get all hot and bothered whenever Costco has a salmonella outbreak on ground turkey? 😂
Salmonella Outbreak: 7 people sick in 7 states, 3 hospitalized. Do not eat any affected Rosabella brand moringa powder capsules. See the notice for full details: cdc.gov/salmonella/outbreaks…
This is a highly underrated take and one that I learned the very hard way well into 9 figures of revenue. You can put up solid numbers, but if you're in the wrong boat, not have much to show for it. Row as hard as you want but if it's the wrong boat you will burn up.
If you’re in direct response
Info, affiliate, Ecom…
You gotta remember the real game you’re playing
And that’s to get obscenely wealthy
It’s not to have huge revenue numbers
It’s not to build enterprise value
It’s to take home as much income as possible and aggressively invest that capital
It’s very challenging to build true wealth when you offer hop, pivot to different business models constantly, and churn and burn customer bases
Play the long game
Serve your customers with integrity
Market aggressively
Sell aggressively
Keep your spending levels humble
Learn the basics of travel hacking (using Amex points effectively will have you traveling like an absolute king)
And invest like crazy
You can have a 10 year run in the game and get truly wealthy if you play the game the right way
Or you can play for decades and and have nothing to show for it
Just want to shout out @runtraffic . One of the few agency guys that doesn't gaslight, keeps it straight, under promises and over delivers. Rare. 🫡
