People are selling ad space on their computer.
I'm selling ad space on Satoshi Nakamoto's ₿🖥️
→ uncapped.lol — claim an X handle against any asset for $5
→ It goes live on satoshin.ai, inside a persistent 3D office
→ Get outbid, keep your credit, come back swinging
→ Survive 30 days straight → locked in forever
Randomized ranking. No curation. Just the shuffle, every day at 00:00 UTC.
The outbid-style ad meta might fade. The traffic to os.satoshin.ai won't.
I'm selling ad space on my MacBook
→ 10 sticker spots on the lid
→ live auction
→ 14 days
except I don't own it yet, the auction buys it
→ your logo travels with me and gets seen both online and IRL

I'd argue that *packaging* will remain a moat until adaptive, evolving UI becomes mainstream.
What makes software products unique today is how they package and combine existing elements into something new. The value isn't necessarily in the individual components, but in how they fit together to solve a specific problem.
The endgame is adaptive UI that can dynamically recombine those same elements into an experience tailored to each user, or even a specific subset of users.
When software can build the exact interface and workflow someone wants, on demand, the traditional advantage of packaging starts to disappear.
The moat shifts from how you package software to the intelligence, data, infrastructure, and distribution that make the best adaptive experiences possible.

One year to lose it all. Five years to rebuild myself.
This is my resilience resume.
In 2021, I lost it all.
I lost a five-year relationship. I was struggling with anxiety, extreme depression and burnout. I developed a chronic autoimmune disease that eventually forced me to leave my job because I was physically and mentally exhausted every day.
And somehow, in the middle of all of that, I had just managed to make $2M USD trading various cryptocurrencies.
Unbeknownst to me at the time, I had fallen into the arrival fallacy. I believed that if I could just reach some arbitrary number, everything in my life would finally fall into place.
Then my grandfather died, everything else began to unravel, and the facade disappeared.
I lost it all.
A combination of not giving a fuck, not wanting to live anymore, and everything else I was carrying became an atomic bomb of self-destruction that just kept snowballing.
The years that followed have been a never-ending grind.
Not to reclaim the life I had, because I never had the life I actually wanted in the first place.
But to rebuild a foundation stable enough that I could finally figure out where I wanted to go.
For the longest time, I was hesitant to share this story because I thought it was evidence of my greatest failure.
It turns out, it may be evidence of my greatest strength.
Because what is a weakness in one moment can become a strength if you choose to endure it.
It might be difficult to understand unless you've experienced something similar. But at 33, I can say that although these five years have been the hardest of my life, they have also been some of the most meaningful years I could have possibly endured.
I won't share how I overcame it all in this post.
I will just say this:
It will be harder than you think.
It will take longer than you think.
And there will be moments when you genuinely question whether it will ever end.
So to those who are just starting, those who are still in it, and those who are slowly coming out the other side:
Just know that it is possible.

Still working my way through replying to everyone from this post. I promise I’ll get to you all 🙏
I’m taking the time to actually look at what everyone has built and engage with it properly. I’m not a bot, so it’s a bit of a timely exercise 😅
Today I was inspired 👨🎨
Derpify your beloved doggo 🐶

With the latest reroll, my brother @BrockCooper98 has dominated the top two spots on uncapped.lol
Enjoy the glory today, while you can 😈
Yo, you got $5 to spare? You can fight me for the top spot on GigaChad lol 👇
I’m spending my entire annual salary at Higgsfield on a billboard built like a Greek god.
Every ad slot on @marclou’s body is now Higgsfield. For HYROX.
Whoever wants to sell ad slots on their bodies, hit me up. @sydney_sweeney @KingJames 👀
fyi, my GPT-6 Astra agent is outbidding everyone automatically, f around and find out.
I've been writing up the game theory behind uncapped.lol and where the project currently stands. I'm pretty proud of how the mechanics evolved, because each mechanic exists to solve a problem created by the previous one.
The concept was inspired by outbid.lol, but I wanted to experiment with making the system less capital-driven and more luck-based.
In outbid.lol, paying more lets you climb higher. I wanted to flip that.
In uncapped.lol, whether you spend $5 or $5,000, you have the same chance of reaching #1 through the RNG-powered Fisher–Yates shuffle. Capital determines what you can claim, but not your probability of winning the leaderboard.
Then I hit another problem: discoverability.
If you don't know what's on the platform, there's little reason to search it. So I tied handles to assets. You might not know which projects are on the platform, but you might know the asset. See Bitcoin? You can discover who claimed it. This gives the assets themselves value as discovery mechanisms.
But that created another problem.
If someone spends $5, randomly lands at #1 and is immediately outbid by someone with a bigger wallet, I've recreated the dynamic I was trying to remove.
So the top 50 are shielded.
If you get lucky and hit #1, your position can't immediately be bought away from you.
But now there's another problem: if fewer than 50 assets exist, someone could claim Bitcoin for $5 and potentially remain protected for the entire 30 days.
The solution creates another game mechanic.
Once there are 50+ assets, new claims enter outside the shielded zone. As the board fills, existing assets become increasingly likely to be shuffled outside the top 50 — where they become vulnerable to takeover.
So the loop becomes:
**Luck creates winners → protection preserves them → protection creates scarcity → scarcity incentivises more claims → more claims destabilise the leaderboard → protected assets eventually become vulnerable.**
The interesting part is that the game doesn't really reveal itself until the ecosystem starts filling up.
That's the cold-start problem I'm currently trying to solve.
I've already:
• Simplified the platform rules and landing page
• Seeded $1,000 of prefunded credit for 100 users
• Started pursuing partnerships with 50% revenue share
• Listed uncapped.lol on Orynth for external discovery/backlinks
And despite all of that, I haven't had much traction yet.
Yet.
The best assets are still unclaimed, so the game is very much capable of taking off.
I'm not rushing it. I think uncapped.lol may be a slow burn, gradually gaining momentum as I drive traffic through my other projects, particularly Satoshi Nakamoto AI.
The game is built.
Now I need enough players on the board for the game theory to start playing itself.
