Fellow Solana Maxis - “Why isn’t Solana mainstream yet?”
Maybe because you are all cool with making a quick buck off of racist, mental illness, and antisemitic meme coins. Smh
To each his own and that’s the beauty and the curse of crypto. We have the freedom we want and deserve but also gives freedom to showcase some of our darkest corners of humanity.
We have to be better than this..

I've been watching the @okaybears saga from the sideline and intentionally haven't participated in any of the drama.
Personally, I don't see how the team turns the ship and instills confidence back but that doesn't mean the project is heading to 0. The only conclusion I keep coming back to is Kais and team selling the project to a @yugalabs of sorts and operating under a much broader umbrella. This would give a group like Yuga exposure to #Solana and a project with established IP rails which would benefit their portfolio as a whole.
There comes a breaking point for any founder that is dealing with immense stress/backlash and I've seen that unfold against OG community members. From my perspective, these are glaring signals that something isn't working and frankly, it doesn't matter whose fault it is.
Sometimes the only path forward is a break, and opening up your runway within a much larger organization. That gives a team more autonomy and the community the confidence it needs to support the brand. In many ways it's a healthy reset, but it has to be a major change for it to stick imho... It seems we're past the point of talking out of a situation.
I'm not sure if these conversations are even on the table, but I would highly recommend @kaisisokay and @subyisokay to consider this as an option for their sanity and everyone else.
My DMs are always open, I'm here for whatever is best for the ecosystem.

Andrew and I don't pay ourselves any sort of real salary. Neither do other members in management. Not until it's sustainable and makes sense. It's not something startups often talk about but you see it with many success stories. We're lean, deliberate, smart, and disciplined. Our ability to hire the right people and grow and develop in the right areas matters so much more than that during our early build phase and while claynos is at its infancy. It's an investment in what we know this will be for all of us.
We're incentivized via equity and long term vision and belief. We have a team of navy seals chewing glass because we all see where it's going.
And the outside conversations definitely help fuel the fire.
