Make sure to look where you walk when visiting #Ranomafana NP. You could be wandering straight past one of the smallest #chameleons in the world. Brookesia superciliaris can be found in the rainforests of south-east Madagascar & is easily confused with leaf litter. 📸 Haoyu Zhang

A symbol of Ranomafana National Park 🍂 The satanic leaf-tailed gecko is certainly one of the most sought-out animals of the central tropical rainforests of Madagascar. Due to its remarkable resemblance to dry leaves, it is also one of the hardest to spot. 📸: Haoyu Zhang
