On 9th September 2026, Rotary Club of Kampala Central took another step towards a greener and more sustainable future with the launch of fruit-tree growing in Kyankwanzi District. With support from Roofings, our Club donated 3,300 fruit-tree seedlings, while Hon. MP Patrick Nyanzi supported the initiative with transportation for the seedlings. The successful launch brought together district officials, the area MP and head teachers, all united by a shared commitment to environmental conservation and community development. #RotaryEyamba #RotaryKonyo

Yesterday, we joined the Rotary Club of Kiwatule and fellow Rotary clubs for an insightful joint fellowship at Kabira Country Club, with Prof. Samuel Sejjaaka as the guest speaker. The discussion highlighted two important lessons: education is not the same as learning, and the importance of building a culture of savings and investments to better prepare learners for life beyond the classroom. A valuable evening of learning, reflection and fellowship! #RotaryEyamba #RotaryKonyo
