President Trump ordered the Justice Department NOT to appeal a dangerous court ruling that will make it easier for anyone—including criminals and prohibited people—to get short-barreled rifles and shotguns and silencers.
This is a failure to defend public safety.

Just got this in my FFL/SOT inbox from the ATF's official email account.
I also got the message on the 8th that they're referencing here and I just assumed it was spam as I had never heard of "beacon" and didn't open/click on it.
I guess I wasn't the only one that thought it was spam/phishing and didn't open it; hence this follow up email.
So, if you're a FFL/gunsmith/etc... check your inbox accordingly...

After a 72 hour countdown expired, Russian ransomware gang Qilin briefly published 6.3GB of data it hacked from ATF.
The data includes criminal investigation target names, phone numbers, IP addresses, iCloud data, Cellebrite phone dumps, and more.

It’s unclear what data, if any, was stolen. But @ATFHQ maintains a registry of more than 1 BILLION guns and gun owners.

You still have his truck that you're suppose to be fixing with no word as to what happened. Can we get an update and ETA on that since that was about Aug 4th. It's now the 19th.
