My stem cell mentor sticks by these 7 pillars for a cell-friendly diet. This is critical for beating 21st Century diseases, cancers and skin outbreaks. Here are all 7 pillars:

Sneaked in 5km easy run despite busy-ness and haze knocking loudly on my door as excuses. Speed 5-5.5 Incline 5 Gotta get this over with or else it will NEVER happen. On another note @grok , what’s up with my replies and posts not showing up these days??

As with many other developing industries, the model used to be: 1. Bring in specialist talent from overseas 2. Learn from them to raise your own talent 3. Have this new homegrown talent raise more specialists at home With globalization sending docs and nurses everywhere and anywhere…and more ready access to knowledge on cell-friendly diets and routines? The entire model gets flipped over.
Malaysia doesn’t need to directly “import” foreign experts to manage the local system. Instead, adapting proven international modules while providing sufficient space, authority, and funding for local public health experts to execute reforms is sufficient. codeblue.galencentre.org/202…

Let’s get back to this. Wrapped up 7km easy run on the treadmill today despite ongoing haze…a week of exhausting visits and workshops that NO ONE ELSE could sadly help Yours Truly with…and dysfunctional family. Speed 5-5.5 Incline 5 Gotta keep promises you make to yourself…

One of the cleverest, most sound things I have heard in a long time. While the immune system can heal from a lot of attacks ? Sadly most folks simply aren’t not in such a shape to do battle— due to cell-hostile eats, work and sleep.

As promised… Here’s how COVID jabs could have sparked ‘zombie cells’ that lead to heart failure or even sudden deaths. A thread: 🧵
My mentor, also a stem cell therapist IRL was all over this today. Says it’s ’zombie cells’ from COVID jabs reactivated by exercise. While zombie cells have been found from COVID attacks themselves— which are bad cells that refuse to die but keep churning out inflammation? It appears the jabs have not stopped them. And possibly even brought them in. More on this in later posts…

With additional inflammation from the heart straggling with the spike proteins? That is where phenomenon like ‘zombie cells’ that rob the heart of energy, could be more likely to arise.

Medical debate still remains on the actual severity of myocarditis. How long the spike proteins actually stays on. And how ‘solid’ any studies trying to uncover these are— given that both Big Health and Alt-Health have agendas to push and squabble over. I might go over a few of these studies in later posts. A woman in her 20s died after collapsing just short of the finish line at the 2026 Seoul Race half-marathon on Sunday, event organizers said Monday. The runner collapsed at 8:49 a.m. near the 20.6-kilometer mark, about 500 meters from the finish line, according to the organizing committee. She received CPR at the scene but did not regain consciousness before being transported to a nearby hospital, where she later died. koreaherald.com/article/1090…

Had to rustle Yours Truly back to the runs today, after the week started with a bad argument IRL. Overshot my 5KM target for the day, as I was caught up sharing all about my healing journey on TikTok Live. Life can get rough. But we do harder.

We already have many, many pandemics ongoing. The obesity pandemic. The high blood pressure pandemic. The mental health pandemic. The diabetes pandemic. The dementia pandemic. The allergies pandemic. And so on. We are already breaking at the seams.
This should be considered a crisis in Sabah. If there is another pandemic or medical emergency in Sabah, many are going to die because there aren't enough MOs.
