Had my first ceramics class today and watched next to me google “can you make a bong with clay?” despite the fact that painted on the wall in front of them in fairly big letters that making smoking accessories was not allowed 😂
My anxiety has been getting worse over the past year and my therapist pointed out that I’ve started to develop a few OCD symptoms. Today, one of those compulsions popped out and I verbally whispered “Sorry [Therapist’s name]” as I gave into it. But then I realized that my fear of
disappointing someone is stronger than my compulsion so I think I can beat my OCD using another anxiety symptom. So now I’m thinking, MAYBE I can cure my anxiety by just continuously fighting fire with fire until everything cancels out. I think that’s how pemdas works.
I was trying to show off the money I’ve managed to save up in just a few months to my grandma and she hit me with “you’d have more if you still had your old job”. Instant KO 💀 don’t know why I even bothered 😭
Gonna have a field day when I explain to my therapist that the reason my paranoia about something killing me got worse is because I brutal murder on the first try 😂
