RIP Coach Amato. He was such a huge part of Coach Bowden’s success at FSU. That mid to late 80s coaching staff was really something. Andrews, Amato, Gladden, Burnham, McDuffie, Eason, Scott, Sexton, Richt, all on the same staff. Remarkable, really.

Former NC State coach & long-time Florida State assistant Chuck Amato has died. He was 80. Amato played linebacker at NC State & was on staff for 15 years, including head coach from 2000-06. He also was on Bobby Bowden's FSU staff from 1982-99 & 2007-09. RIP 🙏🏻

A low-flying helicopter stunt entertained guests at a fundraising event for former Navy SEALs at the Newport Beach Country Club in Southern California.
