People kill Flick for his defensive system like if it wasn’t the best way to make Martín/Eric/Koundé/Balde defend. He makes soft, erratic defenders avoid actual defending and people blame him because he can’t win the UCL. What about demanding Barça to sign actual defenders?

Mi mayor espina como fan de Cristiano es no verle en el Bayern. Si se va al Bayern entre 2018-2023 en lugar de la Juventus y Mánchester United estaríamos entre los 1500 y 1700 goles ahora mismo.

Ronaldo’s biggest mistake was choosing Al Nassr instead of a league like MLS. If he’d taken Messi’s route, he would have reached 1,000 goals already. Look at the defending in Messi’s brace against Atlanta United. Some of those goals were far too easy. It genuinely feels like Messi has a much easier environment to chase that milestone, while Ronaldo chose a tougher path in Saudi Arabia. The difference is frustrating.
