Until this NCAA Portal mess is Fixed. If your not an elite top HS player ability wise, don’t take it as a slap in the face that you may be playing baseball at JC/D2/NAIA levels. You still have to get good grades and make sure your preparing yourself to eventually play at D1 Level – at Lincoln, CA
Looking good there buddy!
Happy birthday to my favorite ball player!

To those that are taking a break from training completely for 2-3 weeks during the holidays,
I personally think it’s a terrible idea ya sure you can take a few days off on Christmas & maybe Christmas Eve but get your ass back to training idiot.

"Your Arm Is The Boss"
@Coach_Bomber
The single most important principle of ANY throwing program...BY FAR...is
"Listen To Your Arm"!
Only IT knows on any given day:
1) How Much
2) How Far
3) Whether or not it's a Low, High or No Intent day
There isn't any "program" for that

When a coach says “come to practice ready to practice” this is why...
The quality of your practice will largely determine the quality of your baseball career. And the quality of your practice is largely dependent on how well you’re prepared to practice.

I see this conversation daily:
Player: How do I gain velocity?
Random Commenter: Long toss!!
REALLY bad answer…not because it’s incorrect, but because it’s incomplete!
Don’t forget about strength training, sleep, nutrition, hydration, body mass/composition, arm care, etc.
