tbh I’m trying to give benefit of the doubt (only god knows why) but I’m having a hard time ruling out that basically regulators saw an opportune moment to take a crypto-friendly bank out back and shotgun it. and they took the shot because they hate us and because they could.

Fire up the FTX exchange. Issue a new FTT token. Distribute the token to creditors/depositors. Accrue 100% of profits to token holders. It will be the biggest exchange in the world and users will be made more than whole.
