Year 6 had an amazing trip to the London Docklands Museum as part of our global and English studies, exploring the question, "Are All People Free?" The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were excited to discover many links to their learning. A fantastic way to bring history to life and deepen their understanding of freedom, trade, and the rich history of the Docklands! #LearningThroughExploration #HistoryInAction#DocklandsMuseum #AreAllPeopleFree

For #worldbookday2025 we celebrated our love of reading and embraced the theme of empathy and collaboration across the school. Pupils chose outfits to reflect characters who embody these traits and activities throughout the day provoked thoughtful discussions.

Year 4 are fired up after visiting Beddington Energy Recovery Facility, where 347K tons of waste turns into electricity for 70K+ homes yearly! They explored home energy use with VR & were shocked to learn a kettle uses 3K watts! Back at school, the sustainability talks continue!

Reception had brilliant fun learning about bears! They started by enjoying some yummy porridge just like Goldilocks! They headed outdoors on a bear hunt and made maps with Mrs du Plooy. They also got creative with some bear art and finished with some bear yoga. Paw-some fun!
