Does your athlete need to react faster? Training quickest is important but is often not the main reason they aren’t fast to react. I’ve found they struggle with the decision piece. Therefore, finding drills that help athletes make quick decisions will help them be quick movers.

Catchers, you should be listening to the adjustments the Pitching Coach is making to each pitcher on staff. This way you can help look for mistakes during a bullpen or game. It will only help your pitcher get better.
