Hey @Alert360USA I’ve submitted 3 cancellation requests through your site in the past three weeks and my account still hasn’t been cancelled and I’m still getting calls on a property I no longer own.

At first, I was shocked to learn Texas was importing English Teachers from India, but what I’ve just learned is even worse.
TEXAS TAXPAYERS ARE PAYING MILLIONS TO AN EDUCATION COMPANY DEVELOPING AMERICAN SCHOOL CURRICULUM IN INDIA.
And the deeper I dig, the worse this looks.
Imagine Learning says it serves 18 MILLION students, 38,000+ U.S. schools and HALF of all American school districts.
I’ve identified more than $7.7 MILLION in Texas district contracts, purchasing authorizations and payment records.
Imagine Learning is recruiting workers in Bengaluru to develop American K–12 curriculum.
Not just software engineers, not customer support but CURRICULUM ARCHITECTS, INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS, ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS MANAGERS.
People in India are developing American K–12 reading lessons, writing assignments, literature questions, essay prompts, assessments and materials “aligned with U.S. state education standards.”
They’re even recruiting managers to oversee curriculum design decisions and AI-assisted lesson development.
We’re talking about the actual educational content being created for American children and this goes FAR beyond one office.
INFOSYS publicly announced TWO AI-first delivery centers for Imagine Learning in Chandigarh and Pune, supporting product engineering, business systems and operations.
Straive LearningMate also names Imagine Learning as a client for AI-assisted curriculum production, including assessments and content transformation. Its executives describe a relationship spanning more than a decade and the INDIAN GOVERNMENT is celebrating the expansion.
Karnataka’s government technology department publicly promoted Imagine Learning’s Bengaluru operation, highlighting AI, data science, engineering and product development.
Imagine Learning India executive Ravi Shanker also reported attending a Karnataka government-hosted industry meeting with senior political leadership.
But wait, there’s more - look at what Imagine Learning markets to TEXAS schools:
7TH GRADE TEXAS HISTORY.
8TH GRADE U.S. HISTORY.
AMERICAN GOVERNMENT.
U.S. HISTORY SINCE 1877.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS.
A Houston charter school’s Texas Education Agency grant application specifically identified Imagine Learning for seventh-grade Texas History and eighth- and eleventh-grade U.S. History.
We’re talking about lessons addressing Texas independence, annexation, the Constitution and the history of our country.
WHO is writing those lessons? WHERE are they being developed? Who has final editorial authority?
AND THEN THERE’S THE CHILDREN’S DATA.
Imagine Learning’s privacy policy says its platforms can collect student names, assessments, writing samples, audio recordings, demographic information, and sensitive indicators including IEP status, foster care and homelessness.
The company says personal information is stored and processed in the United States, but it’s also hiring platform and data engineers in India.
Can employees or contractors overseas remotely access identifiable student records? Do Infosys or LearningMate personnel have access? What do the Texas contracts actually permit?
We have outsourced American jobs, technology and entire industries. Now companies are building offshore operations around the development of lessons for American children - financed by American taxpayers.
TEXAS NEEDS A FULL AUDIT OF IMAGINE LEARNING.
Every taxpayer dollar, every offshore contractor, every curriculum author, every AI workflow and every very permission to access student data.
American parents deserve to know who writes their children’s lessons and who can see their records.
How many of you knew OUR children’s curriculum is being developed in India?
I think I need to keep pulling this thread.
Putting clients on big cowtown catfish and listening to new banger from @caseydband … it’s a good day.
11/ Now I understand exactly what my dad meant.
He wasn’t worried about a box.
He was making sure a story didn’t get away.
Sometimes history doesn’t come from textbooks.
Sometimes it waits…
in a box
10/ Nobody ever sat me down and told me this story.
I’m over 50 years old.
I knew my family came to Texas in the early 1800s.
I had no idea we were tied this closely to Texas history.
9/ There, Edward Taylor Wingate was finally laid to rest with full military honors.
Think about that.
More than a century of family history…
all connected to a hand-carved wooden box that had quietly been passed from one generation to the next.
8/ His remains were eventually exhumed from a cemetery in Crockett, Texas.
Then they were loaded into the family station wagon.
My dad and my aunts were along for the ride.
Destination:
Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
7/ She refused to let that stand.
She spent decades proving that Edward Taylor Wingate survived Goliad and later served again during the Mexican War.
Eventually, the historical record was corrected.
But the story gets even better.
6/ My great-grandmother spent more than 30 years fighting to correct the historical record of her grandfather, Edward Taylor Wingate.
He fought at Goliad.
He was shot and crippled.
He survived.
And history said he died there.
5/ Until yesterday, I had no idea what came before her.
Then I found the old newspaper clippings.
And that’s when this little wooden box turned into something much bigger.
4/ The box had been made by Willis Hayden Ferguson and given to his daughter-in-law, Edna Wingate Ferguson, on the day she married.
It even said the walnut used to make it came from his land.
Edna was my great-grandmother.
3/ I don’t know how to explain it.
I just knew.
It was small. Hand-carved. Old.
Then I turned it over and found an inscription carved into the back.
It was dated December 10, 1894.
2/ There were eight wooden boxes in that bedroom.
We packed them all up and moved them about a year ago.
I finally started going through them a year later.
I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for…
Until I got to the last box.
