ALT Upper photo: People enjoying Centreville Amusement Park c. 1968-83, taken from a small bridge. A train ride passes by and 3 buildings are visible in the background. Lower photo: The same scene, but with fewer people in 2022. The train tracks are still visible as well as the buildings. The bridge is at a lower elevation.

ALT Upper image: In 1915, we look eastward at the Crawford Street bridge nearing completion, a concrete triple-arch bridge with railings and lampposts. Garrison Creek dips down several dozen metres and we see two people at the bottom of the ravine. Lower image: In 2022, we look eastward at Crawford street, which is now a street at grade. There is no visible remnant of the creek in the image. Dundas Street is on the left.

ALT Upper image: A marching group passes by the then township offices of North York at 5000 Yonge St in the Dominion Day Parade, July 1, 1966. There is little other than trees that we can see in the streetscape. Lower image: Looking north at 5000 Yonge St. Cars pass by in the lanes to the left and right, while office buildings and shops surround the street.
