Head coaches of all sports:
Watch TCU closely.
The next 300 yard shuttle they run will be the first.
From a friend, those things are costing you wins.

TCU does sprint work 3 days a week in season... Some of yall bragging on an Air Raid team playing for a Natty still believe in running miles and gassers and 300 yd shuttles so relax. Lol

And that does it. Tommy McKee scores from the low slot, and Trenton falls to New England in their home opener, 16-15 in OT.
They’ll travel on the road to take on Hampton next Friday night, and return home on the 13th against Jim Thorpe.

DISCIPLINE IS A WAY OF LIFE
This entire clip from Coach Saban is pure gold. Discipline is everything. Every player should watch this clip understanding how they do drills in practice, how they warm up, or do anything is a mentality. It can't be turned on or off.
