The Celtics reportedly favored Jayson Tatum, and Jaylen Brown felt some type of way about that, per @MarcJSpears (h/t @ohnohedidnt24 )

Wow. Much respect to #Titans HC Robert Saleh for explaining the DT Jordan Elliott gun situation. “My message to 31 other teams: If you need a hell of a run-stopping D-tackle that can help on a playoff run, give me a call. I'll tell you everything you need to know about him. He’s a good man. Had a terrible lapse in judgment. I recognize it as a call for help. Not a criminal act.” Watch this full answer:

Wow. This is interesting because if Drake Maye did this, there’d be a gaggle of talking heads doing the “Yeah, the Patriots are 3-1, but look who they’re beaten. No one!” But hey, Josh Allen gets that prime Mahomes treatment now so…

The Bills 3 wins have come over the winless Texans, the winless Chargers and the soon to be 2-2 Lions Combined record of 2-10. People are gonna start calling him Josh “The Schedule” Allen

Joe Mazzulla on reports of the Celtics vibes being high at training camp "Every team you lead is the most together team right now. Because we haven't traveled. No one's gotten benched. No one's been on a losing streak. No one's gotten blamed in the media. No one's had to go stand in the corner for 10 minutes and not get the ball. So, you learn those things as the season goes on, and you just learn how to work through those things together. And you can't simulate those. It just comes with time. And so, right now I would say all 30 teams feel great about themselves, and we got to wait till adversity hits. And adversity is even a strong word. There's nothing really adverse about playing in the NBA. But we got to wait until stuff doesn't go your way, and then you got to figure out who we are and how we're going to be at our best."
