Nothing is more infuriating than using a restaurant app and when charged incorrectly, they provide only computer generated bland responses. @SUBWAY, I emailed your company regarding my card being over charged on your app. No answers or solution provided. #poorcustomerservice

Lesson learned today thanks to @Lowes. They apparently believe customer service stops once you make a purchase. I paid for delivery today for remodel materials. No time given on delivery and that was okay. Not showing up at all is not okay. No phone call either. Bullshit. 💩
