I think a lot of newer trans women need to realize that when you transition, you will experience way more misogny and sexual harassment than you ever would have gotten as a man, and when someone's staring at you, it may not be that "they can tell" it's that they're thinking-

Broke a bit of the internal stitching this morning walking to work (an accident) and all of sudden it's like 200% easier to walk in for like 5% worse looks. Might see if I can get into sewing to fix the detached lining and keep it this way.

you can tell this is vintage because you can feel the misogyny as it prevents you from taking long strides given it's designed for heels and to turn your steps into an effeminine gait i mean, i was wearing heels but it increased my travel time by like 1/3

in case you didn't know a trans woman was denied care for cancer in the UK because they refused to put her on either sex segregated ward (mens or womans). she died because of this. 16 days without treatment and she died. this new guidance has killed and will kill trans people

I don't know if you've ever shared a bathroom with 6 men literally being pumped full of liquid all day that is so toxic the nurses have to wear gloves when they put it in you, but your body wants that out of you - quite a lot - and very often. You will not get a chance to bathe.
