Company is really anti AI, the new ERP system (no AI) that is a massive overhaul of what’s been used 30 years and crazy expensive keeps getting delayed on going live … it’s literally the most simple web app with a few buttons and same database data (product codes, schema etc).

Intelligence and experience as an input far more effective … slop in slop out… it’s why giga brains single handedly w high intelligence can outperform entire companies you’re only as good as your weakest link now

Even firing 90% of less experienced coders in these big companies would probably allow them to be more effective than 100% w/ same AI… throwing bodies at the problems counterproductive

Back in Feb when I first used Claude code it’s been clear small groups or individuals w/ AI will be able to disrupt massive companies and they literally can’t do anything bc their overhead will always be too high. Just a matter of time before all Saas has similar experience …
