New York Democrats have declared WAR ON THE AMISH. Thanks to their unconstitutional attack on religion, they're now able to fine EACH unvaccinated Amish child $2,000 EVERY SINGLE DAY.
⠀
The $118,000 bill is one day, not the cap. Three one-room schools alone already owe that much for 59 children, at $2,000 each.
⠀
Health Commissioner Mary Bassett imposed it on December 15, 2022. She called the sum conservative because it assumed only one day out of compliance.
⠀
Dygert Road was billed $52,000 for 26 children. Pleasant View was billed $46,000 for 23.
⠀
Shady Lane was billed $20,000 for 10.
⠀
Footnote 9 of the Second Circuit opinion records the state's view. Each day an unvaccinated student attends is a fresh violation and a fresh $2,000 fine.
⠀
Another day for those 59 children is another $118,000. A 180-day year at that rate is about $21 million, and the families say they cannot pay the first bill.
⠀
Joseph Miller, Jonas Smucker, and Ezra Wengerd run the schools. The schools sit in Clymer and Heuvelton, plus the Canajoharie settlement, and take no public money.
⠀
They had a religious exemption for decades. On June 13, 2019, Democrats repealed it after measles spread through Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Rockland County.
⠀
Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the bill. Governor Kathy Hochul left it in force.
⠀
A parent may not excuse a child for faith.
⠀
Senator James Skoufis said the exemption was made up and fake. Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz called it utter garbage.
⠀
Counsel Aaron Siri told the New York Post the families can pay only if the state takes their land. Some in the community have talked of leaving the state.
⠀
The case is Miller versus McDonald. The Second Circuit ruled against them on June 30 in 2026.
⠀
A Supreme Court petition was due around September 28.
Make sure EVERYONE sees this. If WE don't stand up for these incredible men and women - WHO WILL?!?!?!
⠀
Where is the “my body my choice crowd now”?

Fact check: Mike Rogers is one of the chief architects of the modern surveillance state.
In Congress, he opposed every substantive effort to protect Americans’ privacy and worked hand in hand with the NSA, FBI, and intelligence agencies to bypass and erode the Fourth Amendment.
Flock cameras shouldn't be used to track law-abiding citizens. As a former FBI guy, I know security and liberty aren’t enemies. Good government protects both.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
- Rogers opposed ending bulk phone records collection
- lead sponsor of CISPA.
- helped author the Patriot Act

Internal polling for Prop 134 Save Girls’ Sports in Colorado was also positive!
My favorite is that radicals are spending millions of ACLU & friends’ money, calling @ProtectKidsCO “dark money.”
PKC doesn’t even have money, lol. Mostly volunteers got these signatures.
New polls in liberal Washington state on a ballot initiative that would bar cross-sex participation into girls' and women's sports finds it enjoys majority support, @KOMONews reports:
"Let’s Go Washington, the group backing the initiative, released polling this week showing 56% of respondents would vote for I-638, 24% would vote against it and 22% were undecided.
"Support varied by political affiliation. The results show 73% of Republicans, 48% of Democrats and 52% of independents surveyed said they would vote for the initiative."

This should be a huge National Story, especially with Jena Griswold involved. Heres how it went down.
Democrats tried to gerrymander the vote for the COCO TRAIN and passed SB26-172 in May that cut the rail tax district from 4.4 million people to 2.6 million, dropping Conservative Cities while keeping friendlier cities they thought would vote for it. But they sent out the wrong maps and the ballots were never updated.
Now Jena Griswold’s plan is to count 7A only inside that SB26-172 map, ignore the mark on ineligible ballot styles, and hand-review Bow Mar and Sterling Ranch, where the style cannot tell voters apart.
Does anyone trust that this is going to be done correctly? And did anyone know they can set tabulators to ignore votes of certain people on certain issues? That seems like a very risky proposition……. #copolitics #colorado #freetinapeters @realtinapeters @Joeoltmann @PatriotMarkCook @heidiganahl @TheRMVoice @EFFE4USA @FSociety_1942 @Unite4Freedom

Glyphosate is a pipe cleaner... It started as an industrial pipe cleaner, pulling rust and metal out of pipes. Someone spilled it on the ground and it killed everything it touched, and that's when it got rebranded as a weed killer.
Then came the real move. Modify the food plants so they wouldn't die when sprayed with it. That's how GMO seeds started, engineering crops to survive a chemical built to kill everything around it. Nobody stopped to ask whether we'd be eating that chemical ourselves. It's all over our food supply now.
This is a dark, demented company. My dad called them Monsatan back when I was in elementary school, and I've had a problem with them ever since.

EXPOSED:
The corruption of our medical industry traces back to two elite families.
The Rockefellers.
And the Carnegies.
“Follow the money.”
These elite families “targeted and dismantled decentralized health practices.”
Bookmark this.
This goes much deeper than you think.
Leslie Manookian just broke down how “we traded the neighborhood healer for a centralized system.”
“And we’ve been paying for it ever since.”
“If we just go back 50 or 60 years, doctors weren’t treated like deities.”
“They were just neighbors … who ran small independent practices built on deep personal trust.”
“What changed?”
“It wasn’t just some natural evolution of science.”
“It was a calculated corporate restructuring.”
“In 1910, the Flexner Report was published.”
“It was heavily backed by the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations.”
“This blueprint deliberately targeted and dismantled … natural, holistic, and homeopathic schools.”
“They were effectively starved of funds.”
“By funding only the elite medical schools that adopted a strict drug-first framework, these industrialists built a captured market.”
“The Rockefeller family had massive investments in petrochemicals and early pharmaceuticals.”
“A standardized drug-dominated healthcare system directly expanded their empires.”
“This shift artificially restricted the supply of doctors, priced out lower-income students, and created an exclusive class of practitioners.”
“If you look at the late 19th century, doctors … were just other members of our community.”
“This transformation resulted in them becoming elite and high-paid members of our communities.”
“Today … fewer than 10% of physicians go into private practice.”
“Most doctors, not wanting to take any risks, just join a hospital system.”
“Then they are beholden to the corporate capture by federal health authorities … and by people who are focused on making money rather than doing what’s best for their patients.”
“Like we saw under Covid.”
You need to know the full history of how these elite families turned our medical system into a drug sales pipeline.
We just published a bombshell new blog exposing the whole story.

An acquaintance of mine who's an ER doc told me two decades ago that they were taught (brainwashed) to ask about vaccine status in the ER ahead of all visits.
They're taught it's a prime way to get people vaccinated and find people who have been missed.
Of course vaccinating an ill person can increase their risk of side effects. But they don't seem to notice or care.
And these docs weirdly don't seem to question how these illogical and sometimes harmful protocols happen to pump up pharmaceutical industry products, or that the pharmaceutical industry influences and designs their medical school and post-school educations.
This relative told me that after reading up on vaccine side effects, it contradicted what he'd long been taught in med school and afterwards and said "he could no longer in good conscience" automatically try to vaccinate every ER patient.
I'm still hung up on a very basic fact: Never ever has a medical person administering a vaccine to me or my child discussed with me the risk of side effects or even the stats on effectivenesss. These omissions should be considered unethical if not illegal.
It's certainly not allowing for "informed consent," which is a supposed tenet of western medicine.
Our system has allowed doctors to get away without having these verbal conversations by providing a written summary statement instead that doesn't give the full picture of risks. And even so, I also haven't always been provided the written info. Have you?
"Informed consent is both an ethical principle in medicine and a legal requirement (rooted in common law and statutes) that patients receive material information about risks, benefits, and alternatives before agreeing to treatment. Doctors are generally required to obtain it for procedures and medications, though the depth varies by risk and jurisdiction, and exceptions exist for emergencies, incapacity, or waived consent.
"For routine vaccines in the U.S., federal law (the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act) requires providers to give the patient or parent the current CDC Vaccine Information Statement before each covered dose; that sheet summarizes benefits, risks, and contraindications, and many states add a consent or documentation step.
"Failure to furnish the VIS can violate the Act and related state rules.
"The same baseline duty applies to other medicines: clinicians must provide information a reasonable patient would find material, with narrower requirements for low-risk treatments and exceptions mainly for emergencies or incapacity."
True story. 3 weeks ago I took my mom to the ED for severe abdominal pain. First q the nurse asked was, “Are you up to date on your COVID & flu vaccines?” My mom was literally doubled over in “level 8” pain & this was the priority??? (she is fine now)
My dad was also just hospitalized over weekend for low BP. First q from intake nurse, “Are you up to date on your pneumonia vaccine?”
This is new & extremely bizarre, inappropriate behavior from 2 different major hospitals. When & WHY did acute care lose the plot?

Colorado ranchers are AGAIN being treated like second-class Coloradans compared to deadly wolves...
"The survival rate among adult wolves is troubling to agency officials as well. Over the past year, only 61% of the adults have survived — far lower than the 75% survival rate the agency expected."
The wolf program has been a disaster and now ranchers are preparing to deal with wolves killing their livestock and the State refusing to deal with the wolves...

My book on the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, published in 2022, ended with the point that intelligence assets engaged in blackmail, like Epstein, are no longer needed (and thus became expendable) because the surveillance state can retrieve blackmail directly from your devices or plant incriminating material on them.
Four years later, they are just saying it out in the open.

I have heard this from multiple people now. Denver is a ghost town because businesses are moving out. In fact, Denver has lost nearly 100 commercial companies since 2019, including Palantir, TIAA, Rock Bottom Brewery, 1UP, Sunflower Bank and more.
Why, you ask? Because of heavy regulations, skyrocketing operating costs, taxes and public safety concerns.
And the kicker? It’s been governed by progressive lawmakers this entire time, yet Colorado will elect a new, liberal governor in November by at least 20 points.
The cycle continues. I wonder at what point voters will wake up? 🤡

The CLARITY Act, the bill meant to set crypto market structure rules, died in the Senate this week. Cloture failed 49 to 50 on September 15.
Tonight I also name where an independent expenditure committee is organizing to deploy up to $2.5 million across six Senate races, under caps and reconciliation rules I set myself. Same third-party math that took a Senate seat from Republicans in New Hampshire in 2016. For the first time since 1854, New Hampshire sent no Republican to Congress. It hasn't sent one since.

Many of you have asked why my name isn't on the ballot.
I stayed off because I was promised action. That promise wasn't kept.
1/ My campaign was about holding Republicans accountable for their promises, not getting myself a seat in Washington.
From the outset, my position was simple: meet my demands before the election and I would withdraw. Otherwise, I would use my candidacy to help impose electoral consequences.
A promise means nothing if breaking it costs nothing.
2/ I won a preliminary injunction in federal court requiring the state to accept my declaration of candidacy. I had more than enough certified signatures. I went to the Secretary of State intending to file.
Then I was promised imminent action on one or more of my demands if I stayed off the ballot.
I didn't file. The promised action never came.
I was lied to. Who made that promise will become clear in the fullness of time.
3/ Near the end of filing, I learned that Ed Laplante of the Constitution Party had qualified for the U.S. Senate ballot in New Hampshire.
That mattered because this was never about whether the name on the ballot was Aaron Day. It was about whether voters had a way to make broken promises cost the people who made them.
4/ This isn't a strategy I discovered this year.
In 2016, I didn't just run against Kelly Ayotte. I initiated the recruitment of the other TWO third-party congressional candidates, and we pursued ballot access together.
Three federal races. Three third-party candidacies. Republicans lost all three.
5/ In my Senate race, I received 17,742 votes. The winning margin was 1,017.
The third-party vote also exceeded the winning margin in both House races.
That doesn't prove how every voter would have voted without us. It does show that candidates dismissed as irrelevant commanded more votes than separated the winners from the losers.
The result was an entirely Democratic New Hampshire congressional delegation.
6/ My wife, Eileen @EileenDay1098 , and I have founded StarkFreedom, building on the work I began with Stark360 in 2014.
We're taking this strategy into four swing-state Senate races.
Our goal is to cost Republicans control of the Senate by supporting third-party candidates and campaigning against the Republican in each race.
Not because Democrats deserve our loyalty. Because Republicans hold power, and keeping it should depend on keeping their promises.
7/ StarkFreedom endorses Ed Laplante for U.S. Senate in New Hampshire and opposes John E. Sununu.
I'm asking everyone who supported my candidacy to support Ed.
Rasmussen's September 8–10 survey put me at 4% and Ed at 2%. Those aren't votes I can simply hand over. But I believe Ed can exceed 5%, and I'm going to work to help him do it.
8/ We are organizing to deploy up to $2.5 million in independent expenditures across these four races.
Our research, polling, legal drafting and content are produced in-house with AI.
I used AI tools to help win that preliminary injunction without a lawyer. Now we're applying those capabilities, alongside my experience operating a political committee, to four Senate races.
9/ The accountability ledger isn't complicated: the price of gas, new wars in the Middle East, the continuing war on crypto, and a swamp that was supposed to be drained, with Howard Lutnick still in it.
These are the issues Republicans asked voters to trust them on.
They don't get to replace that accounting with another lecture about how much worse the Democrats are.
If your only argument is that the other party is worse, you haven't explained why you deserve to keep power.
10/ New Hampshire is our first race.
I'll announce the other three candidates and states on The Aaron Day Show this Thursday, September 24, at 6 p.m.
My name isn't on the ballot. The consequences of breaking promises still can be.
If the administration won't respond to the promises it made, will it respond to losing the Senate?
Carson Green retweeted
The CLARITY Act was an extension of the war on crypto. Everyone who supported it should be ashamed of themselves.
The fact that it was even up for consideration is further proof that we need more gridlock, not more single-party rule.
This Act was the largest proposed surveillance bill in US history. Real-time tracking of your transactions (shared with the US government and foreign central banks). It created the framework where everything you own (not just crypto or money - stocks, bonds, your house, etc.) could be tokenized and centrally tracked and censored.
So many people got this wrong. We have temporarily dodged a bullet. We need more gridlock to buy us time to build parallel systems.

🚨 EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW — SENATOR RON JOHNSON 🚨
I sat down with U.S. Senator Ron Johnson in Ottawa following his testimony at the Allison Inquiry.
And he did not hold back.
Sen. Johnson says legacy media and government health agencies were “captured,” describes what he calls the “COVID cartel,” and warns Canadians what happens when independent media is silenced:
“You lose freedom.”
We also discussed:
- His explosive investigation into alleged COVID vaccine safety signals inside the FDA
- Canada’s treatment of the Freedom Convoy and the continuing prosecutions of Tamara Lich and Chris Barber
- Why major media organizations continue to ignore stories he believes should be front-page news
- The importance of independent media and long-form interviews
- People reporting vaccine injuries being ignored by government institutions
And this could be BIG:
Senator Johnson says his team will search the roughly 11 MILLION pages of records they have obtained for connections involving Canadian officials.
I specifically asked about searching for:
• Dr. Theresa Tam (Canada)
• Dr. Deena Hinshaw (Alberta)
• Dr. Bonnie Henry (BC)
• And all Canadian provincial health ministers
Johnson responded:
“We’ll do a search… If we find something, we’ll release it to Canada.”
That alone could make this one of the most important follow-ups to come out of the Allison Inquiry.
This is why independent media matters.
