I have always been one to say Rocket League has been treated like Epic’s least favorite step-child.
If this was the plan all along I am so happy to admit I was wrong. Not only are they upgrading Rocket League to a new engine.. they chose Rocket League to announce and showcase Unreal Engine 6 for the first time ever.
I knew it from the first time I played. Rocket League is a generationally unique game and esport. It deserves the spotlight and I will always love this game.
