ONT long-read sequencing based analysis of cell-free DNA in pediatric cancer patients. Highly amplified regions through ecDNA provided signal for disease progression prior to radiographic/clinical evidence. Congratulations on the huge work @isidrolauscher and @Carolinmsa !!

Very excited to share our new preprint out on medRxiv 🎉 medrxiv.org/content/10.64898… We present SIMMA, a multimodal low-input cfDNA single-molecule sequencing approach, allowing the detection of ctDNA down to ~100ppm and excitingly also the detection of ecDNA from liquid biopsies! 👇
