A city rife with lawlessness is a golden opportunity for less scrupulous felines to do quite well for themselves. Celestine, wonderfully voiced by @Melitius, is precisely one of those. Walking an edge as sharp as his heterochromia, will he be willing to assist you?

Let's meet another character, and the person behind it! Storn is a lost little robot, adorably voiced by the lovely @exdevlin! Storn might be one of the new non-feline characters in the game, but that won't stop her from doing her part to help you solve the mystery!

Nine Noir Lives has over twenty characters, all fully-voiced...but by whom? Let's begin finding out! Today we meet pompous feline Tybalt Magtheridon, voiced by the inimitable @ProZD, SungWon Cho! This won't be the only time you hear SungWon's mellifluous voice in NNL, either...
