Fantastic visit to meet Diana, Iain and Pauline @Carlisle_Key and see their new premises and find out what support @LBFEW could help them with. Accompanied by my lovely colleague James (looking the tallest by far) who was brought up down the road in Penrith.
Congratulations and thank you to James who completed his bike ride from Carlisle to Newcastle yesterday and raised a very impressive £335 for Carlisle Key. A great and inspiring achievement.

Two excellent young men, James and Liam, are cycling to 60 miles to Newcastle to raise money for Carlisle Key. They are doing the ride on the 6th September, any support would be greatly appreciated by everyone.
