Every day we see the impact home care has on people's lives - how it gives them hope, choice, connection and dignity. #Homecare saves money and removes pressure downstream on the healthcare system.

At the end of last week we held a Remembrance Day ceremony for residents at the Mackay Centre in Pembroke who are unable to get out to today's ceremony.
