Happy to share our editorial, "Another Win for Lifestyle Medicine: Cardiac Rehabilitation–Based Therapy for ANOCA," published in JACC: Cardiovascular Interventions alongside the important SAMCRO randomized trial. Despite the absence of obstructive coronary artery disease, patients with angina and no obstructive coronary arteries (ANOCA) often experience persistent symptoms, impaired quality of life, repeated testing, and uncertainty regarding their diagnosis. The challenge is no longer simply recognizing ANOCA but delivering effective, comprehensive treatment. Congratulations to the investigators for advancing the field with high-quality randomized evidence, and to my co-authors Chip Lavie and Fabian Sanchis-Gomar for the opportunity to collaborate on this editorial.
