Decided I fancied making pizza dough, baking it in a pizza oven, and folding it around pastrami, serrano ham, pepperoni, salami, chorizo, mozzarella, marinara sauce & mixed leaves.

Smak Burger. Opened today.
Pork fillet, milk-marinated overnight then breaded, in a warm Polish bun. Loaded with coleslaw, tomato, red onion, lettuce. Choice of sauces- I went for dill.
Impressively large, messy and satisfying, but enough about me.
Take a seat, get stuck in.

After seeing @plwmbwm Lunch on Instagram yesterday I couldn't help but head down to @CardiffMarket_ today to pick up one of these sourdough focaccias from Francis - £5.75 for a tomato focaccia filled to the hilt with ricotta, ham and rocket is money very well spent.
