OK, here's the scoop: Barry is a famous actor, and was playing Samson in a movie. The prop department gave him some authentic relics from the time period that he could use in the movie. But inside one of the relics was an ancient potion that gave him super powers through his hair, just like Samson. But he realized was so powerful he was afraid he could hurt people without meaning to, so Barry cut off all his hair, just like Samson, and that wiped away all of his super strength... BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! It turns out Barry's press agent was the one who slipped the ancient potion into the relic. He wanted to make sure it was safe, so he used Barry as a guinea pig -- he let him take the potion to make sure it would work and there would be no dangerous side effects. So after Barry tells his story, the press agent drinks the rest of the potion so he will have super strength too and can break into a bank vault and steal all the money... BUT he is involved in a plane crash and when he wakes up in the hospital, his head is wrapped in bandages and he has no super strength. He confesses everything...and that's when the cops tell him the reason he doesn't have any super powers is because they had to shave his head for surgery to remove some splinters from the plane crash! And the authorities pledge to keep shaving his head until the effect of the potion wears off, so he can't break out of jail! I need to lie down and rest now.
