I've been a @PlayStation fan for 20+ years. However, in the past few months, you've made decisions that are making it very difficult to remain a fan and have me seriously considering how to proceed being a gamer in general. Should I just go PC for this inevitable digital future?
An update from PlayStation Studios: After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to step away from collaborating with KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS on its project PHYSINT. We continue to have great admiration for Hideo Kojima's vision for the game.
Our relationship remains strong after three decades of industry-leading, genre-defining creative cooperation, and we look forward to continued close collaboration with Hideo Kojima and his award-winning independent studio in the future.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
PlayStation's statement presents the PHYSINT split as a mutual "step away" after careful consideration with future collaboration expected. Kojima stated PlayStation unexpectedly notified cancellation in mid-June 2026, forcing a 3-month search for a new partner (Xbox).

What's up, party people! Got a bit of an update for you all. For starters, no stream tonight. I'm sorry, but it's due to part of this update. I got a new job starting tomorrow! A job I have to be up for so early, I'll need to be in bed before I'd usually stream. Therefore, going forward until further notice, streams will be earlier, shorter, and less frequent. Maybe someday I'll be able to stream all day and night, but that isn’t today. Thanks for understanding and stay tuned for when I'll be streaming next! Cheers!

I think I'm gonna pass on GTA6. Too many red flags:
🚩Digital Only
🚩Inflated Price
🚩Content locked behind Special Edition Paywall
🚩30 FPS
Maybe the reviews will convince me otherwise. We'll see...
