The Jenner hardfork now brings three key updates to BSC testnet:
🔸 CAS20 functionality: Lays the groundwork for a new Compliant Asset Standard, with tools to manage token transfers, supply, and pauses.
🔸 Payment Lane: Reserves 5% of block capacity by default for eligible payments.
🔸 Millisecond timestamps: Gives smart contracts more precise timing for things like quote expiry and auction cutoffs.

Binance hack update, Oct 30, 16:00 UTC 🎃
@binance set aside $6.34B of company funds to cover every loss. About $5B is already held in the affected tokens, around $3B is frozen onchain on top.
The cause goes beyond one laptop: more points of breach, a multi step attack, no private key leak found. Per @_RichardTeng the attacker took over a hot wallet through EIP 7702 and wiped the tools afterwards.
18,270 $BTC sit in 19 wallets nobody can freeze (@arkham). @trmlabs and @chainalysis point to TraderTraitor, @zachxbt links the funds to the Bitget exploit. Binance has named no one.
Deposits work. Withdrawals should restart in about 40 hours, only after strict tests. A full proof of reserves follows on Monday.
Stay safe: nobody can unlock your withdrawal early and there is no refund form.
