Hadn't been to New York at all until June, now back again for third time since. Kind of starting to love the place! 🗽🍎🇺🇸
I only saw the first 25 mins as I was travelling. But so many questions for RLB to answer.
Where has the compete level gone? Gone from warriors to wet-wipes.
And the winger situation is hugely worrying. Can't spend tens of millions on the position and then play full backs and midfielders there. Once or twice situationally, yes, but consistently suggests an issue somewhere.
Of course, today was about stupid individual errors from centre backs. Can't tactically account for those. And Brobbey is a huge miss. So I won't be pushing a panic button yet by any means.
That said, anyone who isn't even a little worried simply hasn't been paying attention. #SAFC
@Capt_Fishpaste what do you make of that. I love RLB but today that wasn’t his best performance. Has he lost the dressing room? What’s this love for the Hume experiment? Something seems off.
How the hell did VAR look at that and think: "aye, good spot that, ref"?! 🤯

🚨 Wilson Isidor tells me he’s, ‘never experienced love like the love he gets from Sunderland fans’ - and what gift did he receive from an SAFC supporter that he and his wife love?!
🗣️”My wife sent me a TikTok video - a girl saying I’m her favourite player and she’d given me something before a game… It was a scrapbook - full of love for me and a message for me inside - and I brought it home to show my wife. She was so happy! We loved it!”
🗣️ “Sunderland and me are like a love story. I’ve never experienced this love in my life. Sunderland is life. They’re the best fans in the UK. That’s why I love them so much.”

Sunderland become the quickest English team to reach five European wins after dramatic victory

Consider me an even BIGGER Jules Ahoka fan. #SAFC
Surely no one was stupid enough to have expected Sunderland to do that the easy way? 😂
Great win that. Loving my Congolese midfielders tonight 🇨🇩 🫡 #SAFC
Imagine this ref trying to referee Brobbey. He'd give a foul for a sideways glance. #SAFC

Fucking hell, that ITV investigation into Reform UK is horrific.
We can’t get desensitised to this…
Reform politicians talk about Muslims how the Nazis talked about the Jews.
Anyone that fails to condemn it is complicit.

If true then it's a scary world we live in that these people get support.
Not every supporter will agree with everything they say however describing a group of people in a disgusting and derogatory way like this should make most rational people not want to support them.
You mean the rules that Infantino invented on a whim for no other reason than to be a sychophantic cockwomble?
Cool.
FIFA are set to change the rules that led to Flo Balogun’s World Cup red card being suspended, sources in Zurich have told talkSPORT.
On the agenda is a motion to amend FIFA rules to stop suspensions of automatic one-match bans in future tournaments.
Viewed as Infantino, who claims he played no role in the decision, addressing the scandal.
That’s despite taking a call with Donald Trump, who asked for the sending off to be reviewed, as exclusively reported on @talkSPORT.
Infantino’s critics still want all correspondence shared from the incident.🟥
The real animals are Reform.
🚨 NEW: An ITV undercover investigation into Reform UK has revealed councillors describing Muslims as “parasites” and ethnic children as “animals”
One councillor was shown saying “we need a real nuclear option, like literally, drag them out their homes, stick them on planes and f*** them off to Pakistan”
