We #CheatedHomeBuyers of #Jaypee #JIL
Lead by none & at mercy of #NCLT
Have suffered long enough but still clutching to last straw of hope that we get resolution soon & constructions resumes.

The victims are the homebuyers. If the media is repeating only Suraksha’s version without independently verifying the ground reality, it is failing its duty. Thousands of families are still waiting for possession, and buyers deserve honest reporting instead of one-sided claims.

3 years in, situation almost the same. How can #CheatedHomeBuyers take solace from the fact that even after completion of #CIRP a SRA has gained #JIL controls, yet a year on no visible progress in sight? It’s stressful for senior citizens waiting 14 yrs for our homes we paid for

It's a pathetic situation, educated professional HBs have been dumped in an abyss to fend for themselves. no one cares for #CheatedHomeBuyers of #JaypeeJILHBs @ #Wishtown even after #NCLT & #NCLAT approvals of resolution plan of #SurakshaSRA who were voted in as per #CIRP

Super senior citizens and other residents are sitting on the roads in this scorching heat, fighting for the homes they booked over 15 years ago. In all this time, we have seen Govt. change-from @INCIndia to @BJP4India there has been no relief.
