Late Adetokubo Ademola, Taslim Olawale Elias, Atanda Fatai Williams, George Sodeinde Sowemimo, Ayo Gabriel Irikefe, chukwudifu Oputa .
Above names are past legal luminary, past Custodian of the law God rest there souls. In there grave am sure all they can do is shake there heads and wallow in sorrow for what the courts have turned to and what Justice means now in Nigeria π³π¬.
Justice is now what you buy like buying bread, you pay one party gets judgment but other party denied justice. For the sake of money you have bastardized the whole judiciary, so where will a common man run to if his not certain of getting Justice since the money bag are capable of procuring judgment against him or her ?
Those mentioned above once again are Jurist that we now make reference to due to how they judged cases, refused intimidation and above all stayed away from what will stain the robes and bring shame to the bench like bribes and corruption.
A Justice in the appeal court and above should have no business taking bribes, your salaries, benefits and other remunerations are very okay to make you live a comfortable life while on the bench and after retirement.
The question is why soil your name in corruption leading you to grant frivolous unbelievable judgments that is not in synch our constitution ? This recent PEPT judgment by Tsammani and co (note I removed the title Justice) is unbelievable and I wonder how you people will sleep at night going forward? Hope you know you will have to be watching your backs as well? We have had unbelievable judgements recently in the case of Akpabio and Ahmed Lawan but this PEPT judgment of 09/06/2023 shook us like a transformer π€¦πΏββοΈ
So the FCT is now a state ? A state with one senator, no Governor no house of representative member ? Drafters of the constitution must be very stupid then and less sensible if using the word AND 25% of the FCT.
For the records you have brought curses on yourself and family, tarnished your last name, even unborn children in your lineage will hear stories about what there great great great grandfathers and grandmother did yesterday 09/06/2023 how they set side the constitution of Nigeria for just the ambition of 1 mortal man.
Is it worth it ? Time will tell.
In due course truth will come out.

This woman here is Oluyemi Titilayo Adeyemi-Showunmi.
She is the wife of Segun Showunmi @SegunShowunmi
She was newly appointed by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Director of Electoral Operations at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
You can now know the reason why Segun Showunmi is all out attacking and threatening Nigerians with treason for demanding electoral fairness and credible elections in 2027.
Truly, Segun Showunmi has collected rice. What other evidence do you need?
PURE CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Nigerians must defend their votes by all necessary means necessarily and at whatever cost.
I challenge Segun Showunmi to deny this.

My interview with Peter Obi a few days ago on Arise Prime Time focused largely on the Obi-Soludo debt row.
At the heart of it was a World Bank facility. It was not a commercial bank loan. It was a world bank multilateral development credit, offered to selected states, with a federal government sovereign guarantee.
The terms are long-term, near-zero interest, tied to specific reforms, such as budget transparency, fiscal sustainability, education, etc.
The crucial distinction is between approved vs draw down. Peter Obi's position is that he agreed to it but did not draw down. He did not access it.
Technically, that can be true. The loan facility is approved and signed at the federal executive council/world bank level, and the state signs a subsidiary agreement. But money only enters the state's account when it meets disbursement conditions and requests drawdown.
Obi says he left the money untouched in the pipeline and that he left savings, not debt on the books.
The Soludo camp's position is that he signed off on it. Also true. And this is where the fight is. Soludo's team argues approval is commitment - once signed, Anambra was on the hook, and that's why it shows up in the Debt Management Office records as inherited liability.
Obi's supporters say his successor chose to draw it. Obi showed discipline by not touching it. Obi approved it and signed Anambra onto it, but says he never drew down a kobo - his successor did.
So where does it go from here? Will both sides publish the DMO statements and drawdown dates, and let the documents settle who signed what, when it was drawn, and what it was spent on?
And with 2027 politics already in the air, will this row give the Nigerian people a clear audit of what was met, what was left, and what they still owe? Or just more politics and a sabre-rattling war of words?

Zohran Mamdani: βDoorDash had underpaid more than 260K delivery workers across New York City. Today, after years of corporate greed and impunity, we are holding DoorDash to account. I am proud to announce that DoorDash will pay more than $131M, the largest settlement for food delivery workers ever secured in American municipal history and a landmark win for those who have been mistreated and abused for years with nowhere to turnβ
