THANK YOU TO THE ATLAS OF AMERICAN CAPITALISM
Robots, flying cars, reusable rockets, and vision for the blind.
Absolutely inspirational.
Welcome to the new inventive age—made possible when a rational mind is free to think and act on that thinking.
Thank you Elon Musk.
What an amazing time to be alive.
YESTERDAY'S LUXURIES ARE TODAY'S NECESSITIES.
Sadly Elon Derangement Syndrome writers at the Wall Street journal are ignorant of how innovation works.
Many of us may never afford such a car in our lifetimes, but it is still inspiring to see that it is possible.
Unveiling the Roadster with out-of-this-world technology reiterated that Musk has given up designing cars for regular people to drive. on.wsj.com/3UvugrS

NATURE OF PROGRESS
Imagine a car that flips over crushing the passengers inside. With the Roadster being able to fly out of a flip those passengers will live.
Sure some people will get it before others, but over time it will become commonplace.
When philosopher Ayn Rand uses the word 'NATIONALISM,' within her rational-egoist, INDIVIDUALIST philosophical framework, the CONCEPT has a different meaning than someone who uses it from a mystical, altruistic, COLLECTIVIST framework.
Same word, different conception of reality.
Ayn Rand on Nationalism
"Nationalism as a primary—that is, the attitude of, "my country, right or wrong," without any judgment—is chauvinism: a blind, collectivist, racist feeling for your own country, merely because you were born there. In that sense, nationalism is very wrong. But nationalism properly understood—as a man's devotion to his country because of an approval of its basic premises, principles, and social system, as well as its culture—is the common bond among men of that nation. It is a commonly understood culture, and an affection for it, that permits a society of men to live together peacefully. But a country must earn this approval. It must be worthy of that kind of devotion."
— Ayn Rand, from Q&A, "The Wreckage of the Consensus" (Boston, Ford Hall Forum, 1967)

"SOCIALISM" for the Nazis denotes the principle of COLLECTIVISM and its corollary, STATISM—in every field of human action, inc but not limited to economics.
"To be a socialist," says Goebbels, "is to submit the I to the thou; socialism is sacrificing the individual to the whole."
