የኢትዮጵያ ካፒታል ገበያ ባለሥልጣን ከ50 በላይ ባለአክሲዮኖች ላሏቸውና በሕዝብ የተያዙ ኩባንያዎች መረጃዎቻችን በአንድ ወራት ዉስጥ እንዲያቀርብ ጠይቋል።
እነዚህ ኩባንያዎች የአክሲዮኖቻቸውን ዝርዝር መረጃዎች፣ የባለአክሲዮኖችን ዝርዝር እና የአክሲዮን አወጣጥ ዝርዝሮችን ጨምሮ፣ እስከ መጋቢት 1 ቀን 2017 ድረስ ለባለስልጣኑ እንዲያቀርቡ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
ይህ እርምጃ ግልጽነትን ለማሳደግ እና ጠንካራ የካፒታል ገበያ ሥነ-ምህዳር ለመፍጠር ያለመ መሆኑ የተገለፀ ሲሆን በቀነ ገደብ መሰረት ትዕዛዙን ያለመፈፀም ቅጣት ሊያስከትል ይችላል ብሏል።
ይህ ጉዳይ በቀጥታ የሚመለከታቸዉ በህዝብ ባለቤትነት የተያዙ ወይም በኢትዮጵያ የንግድ ህግ መሰረት ከህዝብ ገንዘብን በመሰብሰብ የተቋቋሙ ኩባንያዎች መሆናቸው ተገልጿል።
ይህን ተከትሎ ለነባር ዋስትናዎች፣ ላልተጠናቀቁ ሽያጮች እና ለአዳዲስ የአክሲዮን ሽያጮች የምዝገባ መስፈርቶችን በሚመለከት በመረጃው ዉስጥ መካከተት እንዳለባቸው ተመላክቷል።

ሚኒስትሩ ለዚህ እርምጃ የደረሰዉ ከአሜሪካ መንግሥት በ "ሲዲሲ" ወይም "ዩኤስኤአይዲ" አማካይነት በተገኘ የበጀት ድጋፍየ ሚከናወን ማንኛውም ስራም ሆነ ክፍያ ከየካቲት 17 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እንዲቋረጥ ማሳሰቢያ ስለደረሰዉ እንደሆነ ጠቁሟል።

በግማሽ ዓመቱ በአጠቃላይ 150 የተሽከርካሪ ግጭት አደጋዎች መድረሳቸው የተገለፀ ሲሆን ከእነዚህም ውስጥ 40 አደጋዎች በቀለበት መንገድ ላይ ሲከሰቱ 110 ያህል የግጭት አደጋዎች ደግሞ ከቀለበት መንገድ ውጪ መድረሳቸው ካፒታል ከተቋሙ ያገኘው መረጃ ያመለክታል።

ባለስልጣን መስሪያ ቤቱ ለሁሉም የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች በጻፈው እና ለካፒታል በደሰረዉ ደብዳቤ ላይ እንደተገለፀዉ ያለ ባለስልጣን መስሪያ ቤቱ ግልፅ ፍቃድ ንብረት የማስተላለፍ፣ የማስወገድ ወይም የመሸጥ ወይም ከመደበኛ/ፕሮጀክት ስራዎች ጋር ተያያዥ በሆኑ ጉዳዮች ላይ ብቻ እንዲንቀሳቀሱ ጠይቋል።
ይሁን እንጂ በማናቸውም መልኩ ሃብትና ገንዘብን ለሶስተኛ ወገን ማስተላለፍ የተከለከለ መሆኑን የገለፀው ባለስልጣኑ ይህንን ማሳሰቢያ በመተላለፍ በሚንቀሳቀሱ ድርጅቶች ላይ ተገቢውን እርምጃ እንደሚወስድ ጠቁሟል።
ከሰሞኑ በአሜሪካ ተራድኦ ድርጅት (ዩ.ኤስ.ኤይድ) በኩል የእርዳታ ማቆም ውሳኔ ጉዳዩን በቅርበት እየተከታተለ መሆኑንና ዝርዝር ሁኔታዎችን መሰረት በማድረግ በቀጣይ አስፈላጊው ድጋፍና ክትትል የሚያከናዎን መሆኑን ተቆጣጣሪ አካሉ አስታውቋል ።
